Peer Review Process

The Journal of Academia Educational Researches is committed to maintaining the highest standards of scholarly publishing through a rigorous, fair, transparent, and impartial peer-review process. The objective of peer review is to ensure the quality, originality, significance, and scientific integrity of all manuscripts considered for publication.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their suitability for the journal's aims and scope, compliance with submission requirements, and adherence to ethical and academic standards. Manuscripts that do not meet these preliminary criteria may be returned to the authors without external review.

Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial screening are subjected to a double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review. Each manuscript is typically evaluated by at least two independent experts possessing relevant subject expertise. Reviewers assess the manuscript based on originality, methodological rigor, significance of the research, clarity of presentation, relevance to the journal's scope, quality of analysis, validity of conclusions, and adequacy of references.

Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editor may reach one of the following decisions:

• Accept without revisions.

• Accept subject to minor revisions.

• Invite major revisions and resubmission.

• Reject the manuscript.

Where reviewer recommendations differ substantially, the Editor may seek additional independent reviews before making a final editorial decision. The Editor retains the ultimate responsibility and authority for all publication decisions.

Authors receiving revision requests are expected to submit a revised manuscript together with a detailed point-by-point response explaining how each reviewer comment has been addressed. Revised manuscripts may be returned to the original reviewers for further evaluation where considered necessary by the Editor.

Reviewers are expected to conduct their evaluations objectively, constructively, and confidentially. They should provide evidence-based comments that assist both the authors in improving their work and the editors in making informed publication decisions. Reviewers are expected to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest and decline invitations to review manuscripts where such conflicts may compromise impartiality.

Editors handle all submissions confidentially and evaluate manuscripts solely on their academic merit, originality, scientific quality, and relevance to the journal's scope, without discrimination based on nationality, institutional affiliation, gender, ethnicity, religion, political beliefs, or any other non-academic consideration.

The journal is committed to preserving the integrity of the scholarly record and follows internationally accepted principles of publication ethics. Allegations of plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, image manipulation, unethical research practices, or other forms of research misconduct identified during or after the review process will be investigated in accordance with the journal's editorial policies and may result in rejection, correction, retraction, or other appropriate editorial actions.

The peer-review process is conducted with the aim of ensuring timely editorial decisions while maintaining the highest standards of quality, fairness, confidentiality, and academic excellence.
